I did have some questions. Regarding the food — I've been told they can often be tampered with. Does that include even anything I were to call up for room service?
Never had it happen with room service myself, but it doesn't mean it can't. There's one place that's pretty safe to eat here, because the owner seems to have a pretty hard lockdown on things that get served, but you're taking a risk every other time.
That said, I've been here like a year without that particular problem, so your odds aren't bad if you're the gambling sort.

It's not the people you have to worry about, or more we're all in the same boat as you, so you're more likely to find yourself eating the same spiked food as someone else. Of course you can always just wait and look for places where people seem to be acting normal after eating their meals.
